Dominican terrorist apprehended!

Jose Pimentel from Washington Heights was caught trying to light us up for the holidays with a pipe bomb loaded with nails.  His mother thanks the NYPD for stopping his act of terrorism.  Below is a image of the "Pipe Bomb".
